Pranarom Myrrh essential oil is the volatile essence of an aromatic plant or tree. It contains a large number of aromatic molecules with various therapeutic properties. It is extracted mainly by steam distillation.

How to take Myrrh Essential Oil?

It is recommended for the respiratory tract and for colds and periods of infection.

For the oral route: To treat infectious problems, such as digestive and urinary.

For the skin route: Relaxing and stress massage. Specific application points: wrists, solar plexus, sole of the feet.

Precautions

Except for the opinion of an expert, do not use during pregnancy, lactation or in children under 3 years of age.

Avoid contact with skin otherwise it is diluted first.

Storage conditions

Keep away from all sources of heat and light.

Keep out of the reach of small children.
