At Naturitas, we work exclusively with manufacturers and distributors of the biggest brands of natural products from organic farming. All our purchases are made from European suppliers in accordance with the strictest health regulations. The direct agreement with the manufacturers allows us to ensure the authenticity of the products and a longer expiration date.

Is there a minimum purchase?

There is no minimum purchase. At Naturitas, you can buy whatever you want, regardless of the total amount, weight or number of units. Payment methods

What payment methods are accepted?

We offer two payment methods so that you can choose the one that suits you best:

For home delivery with Canada Post (6-9 working days). Our warehouses are in the European Union and the shipping fee depends on the package estimated weight.

What happens if the product received is in poor condition?

Naturitas offers products from organic farming and without preservatives. The products may sometimes not be in good condition and this is why Naturitas undertakes to replace the products in poor condition for reasons beyond the control of the customer. In order to solve the problem and not to send back a product with a similar status, we will surely ask you for the batch number of the product as well as a photo.

Changes and cancellations

How does the reimbursement work?

If a product does not suit you, you can return it, if it has not been used and in its original packaging, within 14 days. we will refund the amount to you by the payment method used during the purchase. You should send an e-mail to info@naturitas.ca with your information, the order number and the name of the product you wish to return. We will contact you to clarify the procedure, please do not return the product to us without first contacting us.

Once we received the product in our warehouse we will proceed with the refund in a maximum of 7 days..

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Open products, used or unsealed
  • Products without their original packaging or whose content is incomplete
  • Products damaged during handling by the customer or during return
  • Products which do not correspond to the reference originally sent

What happens if I no longer want my order?

If you cancel your order before it is sent, it will be canceled and we will reimburse the amount you paid in full. If you cancel the order or if it cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (prolonged absence, incorrect delivery address, order not picked up at the collection point ...), after 10 days after the order was issued , it will be returned to our facilities. We will immediately refund the amount less the shipping and return costs.
