Porphyral HSP Derm from Pileje is a cream that soothes, hydrates, repairs and protects altered, dry and dehydrated skin (superficial layers of the epidermis).
Of natural origin, it combines 4 main ingredients from the plant world:
- Porphyral HSP ® from the algae Porphyra umbilicalis.
- Borraja's oil.
- Aloe vera.
- Shea butter.
Properties and benefits of Porphyral HSP Derm
This cream has excellent tolerance; It can be used all over the body, including the face, eyelids and sensitive areas. It is especially recommended in the context of skin aggression.
Its effectiveness has been clinically proven.
- Porphyral HSP ® is a naturally occurring ingredient obtained from an algae, Porphyra umbilicalis. This algae is part of the plants capable of surviving and reproducing in hostile environments (temperature variations, salinity, UV exposure...).
How to apply Porphyral HSP Derm?
Apply with light massages, at least 2 times a day to the altered areas, until the skin surface is completely repaired. Usable on the entire body, including the face, eyelids and sensitive areas.

Storage conditions
