How to apply Bio nourishing mask?

It is recommended to apply generously once or twice a week on a perfectly clean and dry face, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 10 minutes and remove the excess with a cotton ball. You can then apply a moisturizer to strengthen and prolong its action.
