How to apply MY COLOR ELIXIR N6.87?

It is recommended to use as follows:
-First application: If this is the first time you color your hair. If you haven’t colored your hair for several months.
1-Protect clothes by putting a towel over your shoulders. Remove any jewellery and wear the gloves provided during the entire colour application stage. Apply a small quantity of natural oil around the forehead in order to avoid coloring the skin.
2-Pour the entire content of color cream tube (A) into the color developer bottle (B). Mixing ratio 1:1.5.
3-Replace the cap on the bottle (B) and shake until the mixture is smooth. After completing the mixture, cut the tip off the applicator at the end of the cap and start the application Immediately on Dry hair.
4-Section by section, apply the coloring mixture on the roots, using the tip of the applicator bottle to separate the strands. Massage gently each section. Continue by distributing the remaining product evenly throughout the hair.
5-When the processing time is over, wear the gloves and massage directly on the scalp without adding any water, paying special attention to the outlines and the hairline in order to remove any stains.
6-Rinse hair thoroughly until the water runs clear and then wash with a gentle shampoo.
7-Apply the first sachet of post color hair conditioner from roots to ends. Massage into hair thoroughly to enable the ingredients to penetrate and seal the color. Leave the conditioner on for 3 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
8-Apply the second sachet of conditioner after 15 days to enhance shine.
-Root touch-up application:
On a monthly basis we recommend root touch-ups only. This will allow to avoid a light roots/dark ends effect occurring with repeated applications.
1. Follow steps 1 to 3.
2. Apply the mixture to the roots using the tip of the applicator bottle to separate the strands (B).
Leave it on for 30 minutes.
3. Optional step only if the color has faded on your lengths and ends: apply the remaining mixture on the rest of your hair. Leave it on for extra 5-10 minutes.
4. Complete the process by following steps 5 to 8.

Precautions

Hair colorants can cause severe allergic reactions. This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16. Temporary "black henna" tattoos may increase your risk of allergy.
Do not color your hair if:
-You have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp.
-You have experienced a reaction to a temporary "black henna" tattoo in the past.
-You have ever experienced any reaction after coloring your hair.
A preliminary sensitivity test (patch test) must be done 48 hours before every application, even if you have used hair coloring products of this or another brand in the past. Lack of any reaction to this test is no guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur as a result of a future sensitization.
Caution:
-Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
-Wear suitable, disposable gloves during all the preparation, application and final rinsing phases.
-Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on children.
-Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. Failure to follow these instructions may cause blindness.
-Rinse hair well after application.
Precautions:
Rinse eyes immediately and thoroughly with water if the product (developer or the colour mixture) comes into contact with them. Remove any contact lenses before flushing eyes. Should irritation persist, consult a specialist. Do not inhale or ingest the product. Do not use on hair that has been previously color-treated with henna or metallic dyes. Remove all metal objects from hair before coloring. Do not use metallic instruments. Do not perm hair 15 days before or after a color treatment. Apply the product in a well-ventilated area. Do not exceed the recommended processing times. Keep the product in a cool place, away from sources of heat and out of the light. Use immediately after mixing. Do not keep any leftover product. Never leave the mixture in a closed applicator.
