Indication

Tigernut flour provides the same nutritional benefits as tigernut. In traditional Chinese medicine it is used to improve the health of the liver and stomach.

Intake mode

Its use is recommended for all recipes that involve baking as it perfectly replaces wheat flour or any other, and is ideal in all kinds of smoothies and sweet recipes.
