    The consistency isn't quite what I expected, despite using a hot drink the flakes don't soften completely. But I like the flavor (with or without honey or rice jelly to sweeten it a little).

    A consistência não é bem a que esperava, apesar de usar bebida quente os flocos não amolecem completamente. Mas gosto do sabor (com ou sem mel ou geleia de arroz para adoçar um pouco).

Description

Primeal millet flakes is a precooked product that adapts to many instant preparations. Once rehydrated, to incorporate into salty or sweet preparations (a stuffing, vegetable patties, cakes, cookies, an omelet ...). Can also be used for breakfast (cream, muesli ...)

Intake mode

It is recommended to use this instant preparation: boil 1 volume of flakes with 3 volumes of liquid and leave to swell for 3 minutes, covered.

Precautions
