Description
The Peeled Millet of Intracma is the fruit of the gramineous plant of the group of cereals known by the name of Panicum miliaceum, which has shiny subovoid grains, slightly flattened on one side and which according to the varieties has a white, yellow, reddish or black, whose largest dimension is in the order of 2 to 3 mm.
Indication
It stands out for its contribution of minerals such as iron (more than wheat), calcium, phosphorous, silicon and magnesium. It contains a large amount of essential amino acids. It is a very energetic pseudocereal. You can replace pasta or rice in the diet. Its protein content is similar to wheat. It contains considerable amounts of group B vitamins and vitamin A. Due to its low vitamin B3 content it has earned an unfair reputation in diets, but this should not be a problem because no diet should be based on just one food, and if the diet is balanced, millet is an ideal complement. On the other hand, its high content of vitamins B1, B2 and B9, triples that of other cereals.
Intake mode
It is recommended to suit the consumer.
