Description
Brown millet is a naturally gluten-free cereal, which (like golden millet) can be used in various culinary preparations as a filling with seasonal vegetables, in soups, to make excellent croquettes. Its origin is traced back to Central Eastern Asia, as early as the time of the Egyptians. It has been known in Europe since the Middle Ages, playing a very important role in the nutrition of the Western world.
