Description

Lasagna Pasta is made with spelled flour. To produce the dough, the flour is continuously mixed with the water and kneaded until it reaches the necessary consistency to be able to roll and cut the dough into wide sheets.

Indication

These are dried in a drying oven for many hours at low temperatures so that moisture is not drawn too quickly from the lasagna sheets and a smooth, even surface is produced. Finally, the pasta is placed in boxes, weighed and packaged.

Intake mode

It is recommended to place the uncooked lasagna sheets and the rest of the ingredients in alternate layers in the lasagna dish. Generously coat the top layer of pasta with sauce and bake at 200 ° C for about 30-44 minutes. Naturata Spelled Lasagna can be used to make cakes such as Bolognese lasagna. Its delicate nutty flavor pairs well with tomato, bolognese and cream sauces.
