Description

Basmati brown rice from La Finestra sul Cielo is an Italian brown rice, tasty, exotic and fragrant; ideal for vegans and vegetarians.

Intake mode

It is recommended to wash the rice and leave it to soak in cold water for 20 minutes. This procedure helps the bean not to break during cooking. Drain and cook in boiling salted water over low heat for about 10-15 minutes covered. Turn off the heat and let it rest covered for another 10 minutes. Before serving shell the rice with a fork. Season to taste.
