Alga Agar Agar Powder from Porto Muiños is the gelatin of the sea. It is used as a thickener, stabilizer and gelling agent in: jams, jellies, juices, compotes, cakes, puddings, custards, ice cream, mayonnaise and other sauces. It stands out for its high fiber content.

Intake mode

It is recommended to pour the Agar Agar powder over the water and shake until completely dispersed. Heat to boiling and stir to dissolve completely. Let cool. Agar Agar gelatin maintains its texture at room temperature. The Agar Agar in strips can be hydrated and consumed in salads.
