Andean Gold Cocoa Powder is a very fine light brown cocoa powder that has a delicious fruity flavor.

Indication

Organic cocoa powder is obtained by mechanical transformation (pressure), in which the cocoa butter is separated from the cocoa paste. Thus, the fat content is reduced to 12%. It can be consumed hydrated or not. If consumed hydrated, it is recommended to use 1, 2 or 3 teaspoons in a glass of yogurt, juice, milk or another drink. Then mix. It is also very suitable to be used in bakery and pastry.

Intake mode

Prepare hot, for making cakes, desserts. Recommended to make smoothies and ice cream.
