Description
Yerba mate Canarias, like all Uruguayan mate, is mainly composed of powder with very small and cut leaves, without stems (without stick). Its flavor is strong and bitter and its texture is almost creamy.
100% natural product without artificial additions of preservatives or other chemicals.
Indication
The leaves of the yerba mate trees used to make the Canaries come from the states of Santa Catarina, Paraná and Rio Grande Do Sul in Brazil. The trees grow in native forests whose microclimate favors the ideal development of the properties of the leaf.
Due to its composition, it ensures a bitter and intense flavor of long duration, typical of the CANARIAS yerba mate.
This yerba is ideal to enjoy a Chimarrao (A version of mate from southern Brazil) or for those who love an espresso.

For 1 liter you take approx. 12g of mate and let it rest at 80 degrees for about 5 minutes
