I use kuzu to thicken broths or rice, leaving them melty, resulting in a very smooth texture.
Empleo el kuzu para espesar los caldos o los arroces, dejándolos melosos, se consigue una textura muy suave.

Description
What is the Naturitas Kuzu?
Naturitas Kuzu bio is a vegetable starch that is used to thicken soups and stews, both in sweet and savory sauces, glazes, desserts and cake fillings. It is obtained from the Pueraria Lobata, a plant widely used in traditional Chinese medicine and whose roots can grow up to two meters deep.
Vegan, bio, gluten-free, lactose-free product.
Kuzu Benefits
Fights acidity, promotes beneficial digestive bacteria, reduces inflammation of the intestine and helps to stop diarrhea. In Chinese medicine it is also used to treat menopausal symptoms, diabetes, colds with fever or cough, and musculoskeletal pain.
How is the Kuzu used?
Kuzu is used as a thickener and it is recommended to heat slowly, stirring to avoid lumps. Then cook over low heat for at least 3 minutes. When it changes color from white to translucent it indicates that it is ready. One to half tablespoon of kuzu thickens a cup of liquid.
Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.

May contain traces of shell nuts.
