Description
Kuzu from Japan Bio by Mitoku is used to prepare medicinal drinks and also in the kitchen, it has properties as diverse as improving diarrhea or helping to quit even alcohol.

Intake mode
It is recommended as a medicinal drink: a teaspoon of dessert is diluted cold, in just over half a glass of water.
