I use it for cooking, frying, and it works very well. It doesn't have any flavor. I digest better if I cook like this.

This oil is the one I use to cook when I have to do something to the pan. It was a recommendation from my PNI and the change was great for me, it lowered some inflammation that I had when eating. It doesn't taste like coconut at all and the food is fried just like with olive oil.

Este aceite es el que utilizo para cocinar cuando tengo que hacer algo a la sartén. Fue una recomendación de mi PNI y el cambio me vino genial, me bajo cierta inflamación que tenía al comer. No sabe nada a coco y la comida se fríe igual que con el aceite de oliva.

We use this product for frying as it was recommended by our PNI. It goes very well, it has no flavor and is a very good option to replace olive oil. Digestions cost less when you fry with this product.
