Description

Capers in Rapunzel Organic Olive Oil are aromatic spicy in flavor, with a pleasant and crunchy bite. The flowers are harvested in the early morning hours when they are still individually closed by hand.

Indication

After harvest, the capers are salted and briefly heated with wine vinegar during further processing. They are then filled by hand into glasses and filled with extra virgin olive oil. Endorsement: ECOCERT

Intake mode

It is recommended to refine sauces, pizzas and salads. Always use the delicious oil.

Storage conditions

Refrigerate after opening and consume quickly.
