Description

Santiveri Vegetable Broth is a preparation based on dehydrated vegetables (onion, pore, carrot, tomato, cabbage, parsley). It is used to make vegetable consommes, vegetable soups, as well as flavoring for various culinary dishes (stews, purees, pasta, paellas, vegetables, sauces).

Indication

It is based on non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, salt, extracts of soy and yeast proteins, corn starch, sugar, aromas, vegetables: celery, tomato, onion, leek, carrot, spices, turmeric and rosemary extract.

Intake mode

It is recommended to dissolve two tablets in a liter of boiling water.

Precautions

May have traces of lactose and gluten.

For 100 g:

Dehydrated vegetables and greens (6.2%), Turmeric, Rice Flour, Yeast Extract, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Monosodium Glutamate, Yeast Extract.
