Dextrin Bread with Chia Seeds from Santiveri is a toasted bread subjected to a double baking process, thanks to which the starches of the cereal are fragmented, obtaining a tastier bread than conventional bread.

Indication

Chia is a cereal classified as a new food ingredient for its nutritional interest. Natural source of calcium, phosphorous, magnesium and omega-3. Alpha-linolenic acid source and low content of saturated fats.

Intake mode

It is recommended to suit the consumer.

Ingredients

Whole wheat flour (74%), mother yeast (18%), chia seeds (5%), salt, extra virgin olive oil, barley malt extract, extract rich in tocopherols, folic acid.
