Eafit -3h Energy Drink - Blood Orange contributes to energy metabolism thanks to vitamins B2, B6 and C and ensures rehydration by increasing water absorption during physical exercise and contributes to maintaining performance during exercise prolonged endurance thanks to: its osmolarity, its simple carbohydrate content (dextrose, glucose syrup), its complex carbohydrate content (maltodextrins) and its sodium content.

Indication

By its vitamin content, this energy drink contributes to: the proper functioning of the immune system (vitamin B6); energy metabolism (vitamin B2, B6); to protect cells against oxidative stress (vitamin B2). Intake mode

It is advisable to mix 1.3 or 2 scoops in 500 or 750 ml (depending on the duration of your effort). Note: if you put .5 pods instead of 1.3, don't panic, you don't risk anything!
