Properties and benefits of Mineral Salts

Combination of highly concentrated mineral salts and vitamins. These molecules are essential for life and health due to the great benefits they represent for the muscles, for the metabolism and the immune system to function satisfactorily.

During physical exercise, electrolytes are lost through sweat, which must be replaced to avoid dehydration and minimize its effects, such as muscle cramps, heat stress, and fatigue.

When practicing long-term exercise, it is important to replenish these electrolytes, as well as provide the body with the vitamins involved in tissue regeneration, muscle recovery, and glycogen and protein metabolic processes.

How to take Mineral Salts?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule every 90 minutes of intense exercise, accompanied by 100 ml of water. It is recommended not to take more than 10 capsules a day.

Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Magnesium Carbonate, Capsule (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Anti-caking Agent (Talc), Silicon Dioxide, DLalpha-Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D), Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), Hydrochloride pyridoxine (vitamin B6), Thiamine Hydrochloride (thiamine).

Potassium (298 mg), Sodium (142 mg), Magnesium (74.8 mg), Silicon (8.0 mg), Vitamin E (2.4 mg), Vitamin D (4.8 μg), Vitamin B12 (0 0.50 μg), Vitamin B6 (0.28 mg), Thiamine (0.22 mg).
