Brullet Gluten Free Prepared Catalan Cream is a preparation to make a tasty Catalan cream. Each sachet of preparation serves 4 or 5 creams. Suitable for celiacs and ideal for the whole family.
It is recommended to use 1/2 liter of milk per envelope and separate from it 1/2 liter 2 tablespoons to dissolve the contents of the envelope in cold and stir until a fine mixture is obtained. Boil the rest of the milk with 2 level tablespoons of sugar (to taste). When it is boiling, remove from the heat, mix the milk with the porridge and stir until it is very well mixed. Pour into several casseroles or plates and let cool.
