These Holle baby cereals are quick and easy to make, have a smooth and creamy taste, can be added as milk to a bottle or made as a cream, or can be made with breast milk, infant milk or water. In addition, they are rich in fiber and easily digestible . It has no added sugars. How to prepare the Organic 3 cereal porridge? First boil the milk and water , in quantities of 100ml each (a total of 200ml). Let the mixture cool down to 50º. Pour the liquid into a plate, add 5 tablespoons of spelled porridge (about 25g) and mix the content well. Once the mixture is ready, let it cool until it reaches an optimum temperature for consumption (about 37º).
