Properties and benefits of L-Carnitine

L-carnitine actively participates in metabolism and increases resistance in sports.

How to take L-Carnitine?

It is recommended to take 500 mg to 1.5 g per day, half an hour before doing any activity.

In case of low serum carnitine concentration or permanent fatigue, increase to 3 g per day.

Precautions

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
