How to take L-Carnitine I-Complex 605 mg?

It is recommended to take 1 to 3 capsules daily, one 40 minutes before exercising.

Composition of L-Carnitine I-Complex 605 mg

L-Carnitine tartrate (300 mg.), L-Carnitine base (93 mg.), Brewer's yeast (90 mg.), Hydrolyzed brown rice (10 mg.), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride) (0.47 mg. ), vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) (0.47 mg.), vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) 5.33 mg.), Magnesium Stearate (anti-caking agent) (9.13 mg.) and Lemon essential oil (0.6 mg .). Vegetable gelatin (96 mg.).
