5HTP + B6 + Biotin from Sotya is a food supplement based on griffonia extract and biotin with vitamin B6.

Properties and benefits of 5HTP + B6 + Biotin

5-Hydroxytryptophan or 5-HTP is a derivative of tryptophan, an amino acid found in high-protein foods such as meat and dairy products.

The body manufactures 5-HTP from tryptophan which, in the brain, is converted into the neurotransmitter serotonin related to various organic functions such as appetite, mood and sleep.

How to take 5HTP + B6 + Biotin?

It is recommended to take divided into three doses between meals.

Precautions

It is recommended to start with the lowest dose and gradually increase it. L-tryptophan should not be consumed by those who are being treated with antidepressants or who have kidney failure. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool and dry place.

Composition of 5HTP + B6 + Biotin

Griffonia simplicifolia extract (20% 5HTP), L-tryptophan, stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose (E460), coating agent (capsule): cellulose, anti-caking agents: silica (E551) and magnesium stearate (E470b), pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6 ) and D-Biotin.

For 3 capsules: Griffonia simplicifolia 1000 mg containing 5HTP 200 mg, L-Tryptophan 300 mg, Vitamin B6 1.4 mg 100% NRV*, Biotin 50 mcg 100% NRV*, Magnesium 56.7 mg 15% NRV.
