Natysal Tryptophan is a food supplement based on L-tryptophan, magnesium, vitamins B3, B5, B6 and melatonin.
How to take L-Tryptophan?
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily, 30 min before going to bed
Precautions
Do not consume by children under 12 years, pregnant women, people treated with antidepressants or who suffer from kidney failure
Composition of L-Tryptophan
1 tablet provides: 300 mg of L-tryptophan. 1.95 mg of melatonin. 60 mg of magnesium (16% NRV *). 2.4 mg of vitamin B3 (15% NRV *). 2 mg of vitamin B5 (33% NRV *). 0.7 mg of vitamin B6 (50% NRV *). * VRN: Nutrient Reference Values.
