How to take Veg-Omega 3 Complex?

It is recommended to take 1 pearl a day, with a little water, in one of the meals.

Precautions

Suitable for pregnant and lactating women. This product is a food supplement. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not substitutes for a balanced diet. It is recommended to have a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool and dry place, below 25ºC.

Composition of Veg-Omega 3 Complex

Flax oil, Schizochytrium microalgae oil, Thickener (modified potato starch), Humectant (glycerol / Sorbitol), Capsule (Eucheuma seaweed, fatty acid monoglycerides), Flavor enhancers (natural peppermint essential oil), Preservatives (vitamin E natural).

For 1 pearl:
Omega 3 (300 mg), ALA (from Cold Pressed Flax Oil) (200 mg), DHA (from Schizochytrium Microalgae Oil) (75 mg).
