How to take Ashwagandha 600mg?

Take 1 capsule a day, preferably with meals and accompanied by a glass of liquid.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight.

Composition of Ashwagandha 600mg

Dry extract 5-7:1 of Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera Dun.) 1% alkaloids, 1.5% whitanolides, Capsule of vegetable origin (glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking agent: stearate of magnesium.

Per daily dose (1 capsule): Ashwagandha extract 600mg. Of which Alkaloids 6 mg, Whitanolides 9 mg.
