How to take Methyl folate?
It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day with a meal.
Precautions
Only for adults. The elderly and people with conditions that can affect the absorption of vitamin B-12 should frequently check their vitamin B-12 status when taking this product, as high doses of folic acid can mask vitamin B-deficiency. 12.
