    I combine it with pumpkin seed oil, as a treatment against hair loss. It is what many brands have in their composition. The only "bad" thing is that instead of one capsule, I have to take two. I hope it works just as well, or maybe better, than other types of hair supplements.

Properties and benefits of Saw Palmetto Extract

The Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) is a small North American palm tree that gets its name from the spiny stems with saw-like teeth at the base of each leaf. The extract is obtained from its dark berries, normally harvested between August and September.

How to take Saw Palmetto Extract?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day with a meal.

This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.
