How to take Vigorous Expectorant?

Adults: take a tablespoon (10 ml), 4 times a day.

Children from 6 to 12 years: a teaspoon (5 ml) 4 times a day.

Children from 3 to 6 years: a teaspoon (5 ml), 2 times a day.

Take preferably separated from meals and drink plenty of water or juice throughout the day. It can be taken directly or dilute the amount indicated in a glass with water or other liquid. Shake the bottle before each shot. One tablespoon: 10 ml. A teaspoon 5 ml.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of children.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place and protected from light. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.

Composition of Vigorous Expectorant

Water, fruit extract (carob and apple), Concentrated juice of elderberry (Sambucus nigra L. - fruit), Dry extract 4:1 of mullein (Verbascum thapsus L - leaves and flowers), Dry extract 10:1 of plantain (Plantago major L. - plant), Dry extract 3:1 of thyme (Thymus vulgaris L. - aerial part), Dry extract 15:1 of Iceland lichen (Cetraria islandica (L.) Ach. - plant), Dry extract of licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L. - root), Dry extract 4-7:1 of ivy (Hedera helix L. - leaves) titrated to 11% in hederacoside C, Zinc (zinc lactate), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) of plant origin, Pine essential oil (Pinus sp.), Eucalyptus essential oil (Eucalyptus globulus Labill.).

For 2 teaspoons (10 ml):
Elderberry concentrate (172.5 mg), Mullein dry extract (25 mg), Plantain dry extract (25 mg), Thyme dry extract (25 mg), Iceland linchen dry extract (25 mg), Dry extract licorice (25 mg), Ivy dry extract (12.5 mg), Eucalyptus essential oil (7.5 mg), Pine essential oil (2.5 mg), Zinc (2.5 mg), Vitamin D3 of plant origin (3.1 mcg).
