How to take Casenfibra Digest?

It is recommended to dissolve the product (1 tablespoon) in approximately 200 ml of liquid that does not contain gas, such as water, juice or milk. Pour the product first and then the liquid. Wait a few seconds until it dissolves. It can also be dissolved with semi-solid foods, such as yogurt. It does not alter its texture or taste.
Take a tablespoon of Casenfibra Digest 3 times a day.
It should not exceed the expressly recommended dose.
