    I have already tested several lactases. All to swallow. With this one which is chewable, I find the effectiveness more convincing being lactose intolerant.

Lactase is a digestive enzyme that helps break down the sugar in milk and dairy products into glucose and galactose, facilitating the complete digestion of these products. Solgar Lactase provides 37 mg of lactase per capsule.

How to take Lactase 3500?

Solgar recommends chewing 1 tablet daily before consuming any dairy products.
