Inulin, a fructooligosaccharide (FOS), is a soluble prebiotic fiber that is resistant to digestion and reaches the large intestine essentially intact. Helps maintain intestinal health and function.

Properties and benefits of certified organic inulin powder

Intestinal probiotic bacteria consume inulin and, in turn, produce the short-chain fatty acids that nourish the cells that line the colon. Inulin has a pleasant taste that adds mild sweetness to foods and beverages, but it has a very low glycemic index and will not adversely affect serum glucose levels.

How to take certified organic inulin powder?

It is recommended to take 1 level teaspoon 1 to 3 times a day. Mix it with your favorite food or drink. Start with 1 teaspoon a day and slowly increase the dose to limit gastrointestinal discomfort.

Precautions

Only for adults. May cause mild transient gastrointestinal upset. Consult a physician if you are pregnant / nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Don't eat attached freshness packet.

Storage conditions

Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
