Description
Epacap is considered an essential fatty acid because it cannot be produced by the body and has to be obtained from external sources. Fatty acids are the basic components made up of oils and fats.
Properties and benefits of Epacap
Omega 3 fatty acids are found in small amounts in some vegetable oils, but their main source is marine animals (blue fish and shellfish) and to a lesser extent, walnuts. The main omega 3 fatty acids are linoleic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
How to take Epacap?
It is recommended to take up to 5 pearls of soft gelatin a day.
