Description
Abad's Onaplus is a dietary supplement now called Onavit, it is made from borage oil, evening primrose (1st cold pressing), marine oils and vitamin E, which provide Omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as gamma acid - linolenic acid ( GLA ), and Omega-3, such as eicosapentaenoic acid ( EPA ) and docosahexaenoic acid ( DHA ).
Properties and benefits of Onaplus
It contains a combination of fatty acids, with precursors of prostaglandins of series 1 (PG1). These prostaglandins regulate premenstrual discomfort by reducing what happens to many women days before each menstrual period: fluid retention, slight weight gain, sore chest, pimples, etc.

It is recommended to take 1 to 6 capsules a day, as needed, spread over the main meals.
