Onaplus by Abad is a dietary supplement that now goes by the name Onavit, it is made from borage oil, evening primrose (1st cold press), marine oils and natural vitamin E, which provide Omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), and Omega-3, such as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Properties and benefits of Onaplus
It contains a combination of fatty acids, with precursors of the prostaglandins of the series 1 (PG1). These prostaglandins regulate premenstrual syndrome by reducing the symptoms suffered by many women days before each menstrual period: fluid retention, slight weight gain, sore chest, acne, etc.
How to take Onaplus?
It is recommended to take 1 to 6 capsules a day, as needed, spread over the main meals.
