Properties and benefits of Organic Evening Primrose Oil

Organic evening primrose oil contains 10% GLA. It is a rich source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid, an essential polyunsaturated acid. Essential fatty acids have many beneficial effects on the body, influencing hormone production and immune health. Deficiencies in several of these fatty acids have been associated with hormonal imbalances and degenerative diseases. Fatty acids maintain the structure and function of the cell membrane.

How to take Organic Evening Primrose Oil?

It is recommended to take daily, with a glass of water.
