How to take Chewable Omega Kidz?

It is recommended to ingest in children from 1 to 6 years of age, one capsule daily; Children from 6 to 12 years of age, two capsules daily. The capsules can be pierced and squeezed into food, beverages, or formulas.

Precautions

Not recommended for hemophiliacs. Consult a doctor before use if you are taking blood thinners.
