How to take Omega 3 High Concentration?

Solgar recommends taking 4 capsules daily, preferably with meals.

Precautions

It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature. Do not use if outer bottle seal is missing or damaged.

Composition of Omega 3 High Concentration

Concentrated cold water fish oil (providing Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA), Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA)). Soft gelatin capsule: gelatin (bovine), vegetable glycerin (palm kernel oil and coconut oil); Antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols (Vitamin E).

For 4 capsules :

Concentrated fish oil (4800 mg) that provides:

  • EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) (1440 mg)
