Omega-Source & brain: DHA is a major constituent of the brain and the central nervous system. A daily intake of 250 mg of DHA contributes to the normal functioning of the brain. 3 capsules of Omega-SOURCE provide 330 mg of DHA. Omega-Source & vision: DHA is a constituent of the cells of the retina. A daily intake of 250 mg of DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. 3 capsules of Omega-SOURCE provide 330 mg of DHA. Omega-Source & Heart: scientific research has shown that a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA + DHA contributes to normal heart function. 1 capsule of Omega-SOURCE provides 260 mg of EPA + DHA.

How to take Omega Source?
