Flax Seed Oil from Douglas laboratories is nature's most concentrated source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an essential element of omega-3 fatty acids. Flaxseed oil is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (Omega 3 ), unsaturated (Omega 6) and oleic fatty acids (Omega 9). It also contains protein and fiber.
