Krill is one of the most abundant animals on the planet. The dark red oil extracted from Krill is rich in Omega 3, 6, 9 and astaxanthin.

How to take Krill oil?

It is recommended to take it with a large glass of water in the middle of the main meal.

Precautions

Avoid if allergic to shellfish. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosis. Seek the advice of your doctor and/or pharmacist in case of anticoagulant treatment, pregnancy or breast-feeding. It does not replace a varied and balanced diet.

Composition of Krill oil

Krill Oil (Neptune Krill Oil), Capsule coating: fish gelatin and vegetable glycerin.

For 1 capsule:
Krill oil (500 mg), Astaxanthin (0.5 mg), Omega 3 (135 mg) of which: EPA (75 mg) and DHA (45 mg), Omega 6 (7.5 mg), Omega 9 ( 35 mg), Phosphatidylcholine (168 mg).
