How to take Omega 3, 6, 7, 9?

It is recommended to take 3 capsules a day, 1 capsule before meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Flax Oil (400 mg), Evening Primrose Oil (45 mg), Olive Oil (30 mg), Wheat Germ Oil (gluten) (15 mg), Macadamia Nut Oil (Nuts) (5 mg ), Omega 3 (240 mg), Omega 6 (104 mg), Omega 7 (5 mg), Omega 9 (112 mg).
