Omega 3 from Direct Nutrition is a highly balanced blend of high purity EPA and DHA rich fatty acids free of heavy metals.

Properties and benefits of Omega 4

It is a product that helps the normal functioning of the brain and heart. Contributes to maintaining normal cholesterol levels. There are several different types of polyunsaturated omega 3 acids, among which are ALA (alpha-linolenic), DHA (docosahexaenoic), DPA (docosapentaenoic) or EPA (ecosapentaenoic), among others. The first is found in walnuts, some vegetable oils, and some vegetables such as Brussels sprouts or spinach. The main source of DHA and EPA is blue fish, such as tuna, bonito, anchovy, mackerel, horse mackerel, salmon or sardine.

How to take Omega 4?

Take 2 to 4 capsules distributed throughout the day, with a little water or according to professional recommendation.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children.
