Properties and benefits of Opti-Epa Enteric Coating

EPA and DHA provide support in the normal function of the heart. Its beneficial effects are obtained with a daily consumption of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. DHA is essential for visual and brain development, and is vital throughout pregnancy to boost fetal brain growth and the formation of the retina and visual cortex. Since it is the most abundant fatty acid in the brain, adequate amounts of DHA are needed throughout childhood and adulthood to maintain optimal function in this organ.
