How to take Melatonin flash?
It is advisable to take two sprays under the tongue to help you fall asleep before going to bed. The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 1 mg of melatonin.
Children over 6 years: 1 spray before bedtime. Do not use for more than 4 weeks in a row.
