Description
Reishi from Marnys, a supplement based on Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), a basidiomycete fungus belonging to the ganodermataceae family of the order polyporales.
Properties and benefits of Reishi
It is usually preferred in capsule form, due to its great bitter taste. It is one of the most widely used mushrooms in all of Asia in Traditional Chinese Medicine where it is considered the fungus of immortality and longevity. Reishi has among its main components a polysaccharide of the Betaglucan type that acts as soluble fiber.
The concentration of the B-Glucanforte Reishi extract is very high, being 12: 1. This means that 12 kg of dried mushroom are needed to obtain 1 kg of the extract used in B-Glucanforte Reishi. The product has a very high minimum content in beta-glucans and therefore the recommended unit dose in this product is one single capsule per day.
The quality of the product is also backed by its certification as an organic product, since the rules of organic farming have been followed in its production.
How to take Reishi?
It is recommended to Take 1 capsule a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
Precautions
Do not take Reishi if you are allergic to fungi.
Do not take Reishi if you are under immunosuppressive treatment.
