How to take Elixir 03 Yang of Fire (Angelica)?

Dilute approximately 10 to 20 drops in 10 ml of water, to renew twice a day.
If 2 essences are selected, it is advisable to take them separately at intervals of 5 or 10 minutes. Instead, choose Yang essences at the beginning of the day and Yin essences at the end of the day.
